Campus departments wishing to sponsor a fee measure for the spring 2027 election must first submit an intent to petition to the Campus Elections Commission. Intent forms are due October 23, 2026, at 5 p.m. The form is available online at the Student Life website.

If you are interested in staying current with communications that go out to the full student body from the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and the Dean of Students Office, you may opt-in to receive these messages.

As of August 31, 2026, PathPal offers Spanish-language support, expanding access to include self-service guidance for Spanish-speaking employees.

UCSB Move-In operations will impact parking in several campus areas beginning Wednesday, September 16 and continuing through Sunday, September 20. Due to the high volume of vehicles on campus, traffic congestion will be noticeably higher throughout these five days.
