Paul Atzberger’s research lies at the interface of machine learning, numerical analysis and scientific computation. His lab works on fundamental and applied problems in the sciences and engineering, including: stochastic and numerical analyses; machine learning, AI and data science; and biophysics, fluid mechanics and soft materials.
