Staff community building circles - fall 2025
In partnership with the Restorative Justice Program, the Staff Engagement Workgroup invites you to pause, connect, and recharge by joining a Staff Community Building Circle this fall. These circles offer a supportive space for campus staff to share experiences, listen to diverse perspectives, and strengthen our sense of community. Through guided dialogue, participants will have the opportunity to connect, reflect, and collaborate - fostering a more inclusive and understanding environment for everyone.
Fall Quarter Topic: Change Management
Change touches every part of our lives. In this session, we will explore our individual and collective experiences with change, offering one another perspective and support during times of uncertainty.
