Fall commute reset challenge for staff, faculty and students
The Sustainability Internships and Community Resources Department in Student Affairs invites you to sign up for the Fall 2025 Commute Reset Challenge.
Participants have the chance to earn a $60 gift card plus prizes from local businesses. This pilot program encourages faculty, staff, and students who live more than 2 miles from campus to adopt more sustainable commuting methods to reduce UCSB’s climate impact.
By taking part in this program, you will be able to earn rewards while getting assistance from transportation specialists to help you with commuting. Throughout the quarter, there will be workshops available that will cover a variety of topics from bike repair, how to talk to supervisors to move schedules around transportation times, and connecting with other commuters who are trying to make the shift too.
