UCPath training: UCPath New User Training now Live

We’re excited to announce that the UCPath Training Redesign is now live! This redesign streamlines the learning experience and ensures that all users have the skills needed to navigate UCPath with confidence and accuracy.

What’s New

The UCPath New User Training Curriculum is now self-paced and on-demand in the UCSB Learning Center. Courses are interactive and include competency quizzes to confirm your understanding before moving forward. While retraining is not required for current elevated-access users, it is highly encouraged, especially for those who were trained when UCPath launched in 2018.

Who Needs Training

UCPath training is a mandatory prerequisite for UCSB employees performing specific transactional tasks, including initiators and approvers, before gaining system access. Employees using UCPath only for self-service, such as viewing pay stubs or updating personal information, do not need to complete this training.
