Supervisory Certificate Program schedule through fall 2026

The Supervisory Certificate Program provides UCSB staff with professional development in key supervisory and leadership competencies, university policies and procedures, and people management skills. Spring, summer and fall courses are open for registration.

Note: Additional Fall courses will be announced later in the year pending facilitator availability.

Program Details

• Audience: New, aspiring and veteran supervisors (all employees are welcome)
• Cost: Individual courses range from $15 - $140. Total program cost is $895.
• Location: Offered virtually unless otherwise noted.
• Schedule: Courses are typically offered twice a year on an alternating basis.
• Subscribe: Sign up to get notified when courses are offered.
• Scholarships: Get financial support through the Dilling Yang Staff Scholarship.
