Powerful Presentations
According to national surveys, fear of public speaking ranks among Americans' top dreads, surpassing fear of illness, flying, terrorism, and often the fear of death itself. This course is designed for employees who want to enhance their public speaking and presentation skills and use visuals and handouts effectively. Learn how to manage the stress of public speaking and challenging questions. Supervisors and non-supervisors are welcome.

Leading with Compassion
This course provides practical tools for incorporating compassionate supervision styles that help your team thrive. Research shows that higher levels of self-compassion lead to greater success. Many of us have been conditioned to believe that perfection is necessary to achieve our goals, yet perfectionism often contributes to anxiety, burnout and emotional distress. In this course, you’ll also learn strategies for supporting employee mental wellness and effectively addressing mental health challenges in the workplace. Supervisors and non-supervisors are welcome.
