The Ombuds office is pleased to offer an in-person, Crucial Conversations course presented by our three in-house certified Crucial Conversations trainers. This two-day session is open to staff and faculty at no cost for this session (thanks to a limited grant) and will be held at the beautiful Coal Oil Point Reserve.
