This 50-minute quarterly drop-in support group offers an opportunity for campus managers to attend to their needs as they navigate the experience of leading others through difficult times. In this confidential and supportive space, UCSB managers can share their experiences with colleagues navigating similar challenges, and learn tools to address stress and competing responsibilities.

Please join us for an opportunity to find support, encouragement and practical tools as you find balance between leading others and caring for yourself.
