Distribution & Logistical Services winter break hours 2025 - 2026
Distribution & Logistical Services, including Mail Services and Furniture Services, will have reduced hours during the winter break separate from the scheduled University holidays.
During these limited hours campus departments are welcome to visit Building 507 to pick up mail between the hours of 8 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. Those departments with unique year-end mail or package needs are encouraged to contact Distribution & Logistical Services. As in past years, we are unable to hold and store packages and parcels that would normally be delivered directly to departments. Please work directly with your couriers to coordinate alternate delivery or holds on packages and shipments.
The last campus mail delivery to departments will be Friday, December 12.

- December 15 - 19, 2025: Limited hours — open 7:30 a.m.-noon
- December 22, 23, & 29, 30, 2025: Limited hours — open 7:30 a.m.-noon
- January 2, 2026: Limited hours — open 7:30 a.m.-noon
Mail Services at the University Center Post Office Holiday Hours:
- December 15 - 19, 2025: Limited hours — open 7:30 a.m. - noon

Surplus Sales Holiday Hours:
- In-Person Tuesday Sales: December 9, 16, 23, & 30 - closed
- Online Sales: Open 24/7 (See Surplus Sales website and Public Surplus for listings)
- Pickup by appointment only
