Harrison Tasoff

With a background in both STEM and communication, Harrison Tasoff is a science and environmental journalist who delights in deciphering new research and distilling it into clear language. Every story is a chance to share his excitement for the topic at hand. Originally from Los Angeles, Harrison earned his B.A. in mathematics at Swarthmore College then followed his eclectic interests and enthusiasm to NYU’s Science, Health, and Environmental Reporting Program. Harrison considers himself an amateur naturalist and enjoys exploring tidepools, foraging and collecting minerals. At home you can find him tending his native plants, carving sculptures, or trying his hand at a new obsession.
