The theater offerings in UCSB’s Department of Theater and Dance — an acting track as well as concentrations in directing, design, playwriting, theater studies and more — fit the bill for aspiring performers, directors, writers and academics alike. By instilling passion and imparting knowledge, the department allows students to find their voice, to build their skills and to grow as actors, as well as people.
