The campus is a 2023 winner in the Santa Barbara Independent's reader poll.

The votes are in and tallied, and it's great news for UC Santa Barbara. For the seventh year running, the campus has earned top workplace honors in the Santa Barbara Independent's annual readers' poll. Many congratulations and endless thanks to our amazing students, staff and faculty, to the diverse global community on our campus and to our neighbors across the county.
