UCSB to Host CUCSA Spring Meeting

The Council of UC Staff Assemblies will gather on Santa Barbara campus March 2-4 for quarterly meeting

The Council of UC Staff Assemblies (CUCSA), a systemwide group meant to maintain and enhance communication within the UC on matters of interest to staff employees, will hold its spring meeting at UC Santa Barbara, March 2-4.

The council meets quarterly, at a different campus each time, to share organizational best practices, communicate and collaborate on topics of particular relevance to UC staff. Delegates from each location gather to discuss staff concerns, network, listening to speakers and planning.

The topics being examined in the 2015-2016 academic year include health and wellness; staff veterans; effective change management; performance management; and internal operations.

At UCSB the delegates will be hearing presentations from UCSB senior administrators such as Chancellor Henry T. Yang and Executive Vice Chancellor David Marshall, as well as guests from the Office of the President.
