Winter Warmer

Holiday cheer was the theme of the day as staff artisans shared their work

The plaza between Cheadle and Campbell halls was transformed into a holiday bazaar Wednesday, Dec. 10, as a host of artisans — UCSB staff members all — presented their work. Among the offerings were handmade jewelry, knitted scarves and hats, pottery and ceramics, photography, and more. Visitors partook of freshly baked treats and warm beverages while perusing the arts and crafts created by their colleagues.

A.S. Food Bank collected donations, and those who brought food items received tickets for the Winter Warmer drawing.

The annual Winter Warmer is hosted by Staff Assembly, the Chancellors’ Staff Advisory Council, the Professional Women’s Association and the Academic Business Officers Group.
