ASAP Wellness Workshop: Burnout Awareness, Prevention and Recovery

Burnout leaves us feeling exhausted, less effective in our roles, and less able to connect with the meaning we once found through work. The start of a new academic year provides an opportunity to be proactive in protecting against burnout. In this workshop, participants will learn how to identify signs of burnout and develop strategies for burnout prevention and recovery.

Join us for a 45 minute workshop to increase your awareness of burnout and learn how to set yourself up for a healthy and balanced academic year ahead.

Date and Time: Thursday, October 16th, 12:05pm to 12:50pm (Zoom)

Location: Zoom link will be sent upon registration.
