Join us on October 21, 2025 as the team from Google visits UCSB (virtually) to help us maximize the functionality of Google Gemini and NotebookLM, unlocking new use-cases, productivity gains and curiosities. Learn new skills and get your questions answered with informative, hands-on sessions for all levels.

Schedule:

  • 9:00 a.m. -- Opening remarks and faculty use cases
  • 9:30 a.m. -- Tools Tour: Navigating the Google AI Ecosystem (for beginners)
  • 10:30 a.m. -- Scaled Building Session: Building a Notebook and Gems (for intermediate users)
  • 11:30 a.m. -- Becoming an AI Pro: Using Gemini Canvas, Deep Research, and more (for advanced users with Google AI Pro Accounts)
  • 1:30 p.m. -- Open session. Drop in to ask Google anything about AI tools (for all users)
