ASAP Drop-in Fall Meditation Group: Tranquil Tuesdays (Online)
Join us this fall for Tranquil Tuesdays, a 20-minute drop-in meditation group to support your wellness.
Meditating helps promote deep relaxation, creativity, and heightened awareness. Research shows that meditation can reduce stress, enhance focus, and strengthen our overall sense of balance. These sessions will provide a space to explore tools for feeling grounded, nurturing yourself, and being more present in daily life. Whether you're new to meditation or have an established practice, come and take a moment for yourself in a supportive community setting.
